Special and/or Sensitive Personal Data

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old, unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify if a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. Next Epoch B.V. uses Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Corporation) for email and calendar services. When you submit a form or book an appointment, your data is processed through Microsoft's servers in accordance with their data processing agreement. Microsoft acts as a data processor on our behalf. We do not share your data with any other third parties unless required by law.

Local Storage and Preferences

This website uses your browser's local storage (not cookies) to remember your preferences such as language selection (English/Dutch) and theme settings (light/dark mode). This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Next Epoch B.V., and you have the right to data portability. This means you can request us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization of your choice.

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. Please black out your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone), passport number, and citizen service number (BSN) in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
